This Privacy Policy for Star Otter LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), describes how we collect and use your personal information in connection with Sync Square (the App).
1. Data We Collect
The App makes use of the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Through this, certain data may be collected and shared in accordance with Google’s policies. Star Otter does not directly collect or share any personal data collected by Google.
2. Processing of Payment Data
The App contains optional in-app purchases. Payment Data is not collected or stored by us. All purchases are processed by Google. 3. Advertisements
Sync Square is supported by advertisements. We partner with third-party ad networks to display ads within the App. No data is collected for the purpose of personalized ads.

The advertisements displayed within the App may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications not affiliated with us. We do not control these third parties, and are not responsible for any data collection that results from the use of any third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement of these third parties by us. Any data collected by these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy.

5. Children’s Privacy
Sync Square is not specifically directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. We do not knowingly market to children. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are the parent or legal guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App.
6. Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will describe the changes and, if required by law, seek your consent for such changes.
